new easy cd-i emulator

Hello,

I installed RetroArch's cd-i emulator and the emulator works amazingly better than the emulator from cdifan on the moment. (unfortunately it freezes every time on my pc).

Also whit this emulator is that the DVC cardridge is also not supported

But the titles without DVC work flawlessly and run like a train!

Thanks for the tip. I have it running on macOS and works so far indeed great!
